MagTreat\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0<\/span>can replace other alkalis on\u00a0the market making use of\u00a0its natural buffering effect (pH\u00a09.5) and controlling the aqueous effluent and gases that enter water courses and the atmosphere within the specified limits. Divalent magnesium cations contribute to\u00a0the improvement of\u00a0the coagulation properties in\u00a0wastewater treatment, improving filtration, also forming a\u00a0valuable by-product during flue gas desulfurization.<\/p>\n

MagTreat\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0<\/span>is\u00a0produced in\u00a0the form of\u00a0a\u00a0powder, a\u00a0suspension and a\u00a0granular product. The powders and suspension have a\u00a0median (D50<\/sub>) particle size from 5,5 to\u00a010 \u00b5m, the particle size of\u00a0the granular product used as\u00a0filtration media ranges from 0,5 to\u00a04,0\u00a0mm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
