MagPro®  is a highly active magnesium oxide produced in the form of powder by carefully controlled indirect calcination of milled brucite mineral (magnesium hydroxide).

MagPro®  is used as an effective acid acceptor, scorch controller, curing agent and heat stabilizer in the production of rubber technical products based on halogenated rubbers.

MagPro®  is a key ingredient in the production process of a wide range of technical rubber products based on the following rubbers:

  • Polychloroprene (CR)
  • Nitrile butadiene rubber mixed with polychloroprene (NBR+ CR)
  • Fluoroelastomers (FKM)
  • Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE)
  • Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM)
  • Hydrogenated Nitrile rubber (HNBR)
  • Epichlorohydrin rubber (ECO)
  • EPDM mixed with polychloroprene (EPDM+CR)

Two grades are available: MagPro® 150 and MagPro® 170. The right choice of the appropriate grade depends on the formulation and technological parameters.
