TPO roofing membranes
EcoPiren® is used in production of TPO
roofing membranes.
EcoPiren® is a natural magnesium hydroxide obtained by separation and milling of brucite mineral; it is used as an effective flame retardant and smoke suppressant in thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing membranes.
Due to its natural origin, EcoPiren® does not contain chloride impurities and the amount of iron impurities is minimal due to a high-technology separation of raw mineral. High purity EcoPiren® contributes to the high ageing resistance of TPO roofing membranes, optimizes the cost of the membrane and increases productivity.
